Who is the boy in the Red Boots?

Matty wanted to help his community. He loves the garbage man.  He asked me if can put his neighbor's trash can away? I said you have to ask them. So he did, when he started he had five customers. Matty now has fifteen customers. He is so excited every Monday to go to work. He puts on his red boots and goes and puts all the cans away. This boy is the true meaning of kindness.
